## Upgrade Journey

Chef lets you choose your **upgrade journey** based on your current version of Chef Automate. You can do all the version upgrades manually.

## Bug Fixes

- We've fixed a bug to ensure all controls are listed in JSON and CSV format when downloading compliance reports. This fix enhances the reliability of the download process ([#8601](https://github.com/chef/automate/pull/8601)).
- We've fixed a bug to ensure that Automate and Automate HA deployments with external database work properly ([#8613](https://github.com/chef/automate/pull/8613)).
