## Improvements

- Removed unsupported migration scripts that were used before Chef Infra Server 12.17.15.
- Removed the opscode-chef-mover service, which was used before Chef Infra Server 12.17.15, for better code readability.

## Bug Fixes

- Fixed an external OpenSearch indexing issue. The `elasticsearch['enable'] = false` configuration setting was failing to create an index in OpenSearch.
